下一个旅行计划

不知不觉间，这个学期就快要接近尾声了。

老年人大学每个学期15次课，不管哪门课，上满15次课就结束。

这几次是在校课程续费，下周一便开启下学期新生报名通道。

我所学的课程中，《旅游英语》将最早结束课程，还有两次就结束了。

这个学期，最后一个单元是介绍西方文化的，内容都是中文的，自行学习:

Unit 22 西方文化——欧洲（Europe）

但Wendy给我们布置了作业：

我的旅行计划

因为是要口语交流的，所以英文内容越简单越好。

Wendy希望我们能像聊天一样脱稿说出来，但我准备得很充分，也练习过，但一旦开口的时候，还是会紧张地照着念了。

其实，我昨天在英语听力课上，看着地图，就把一段复杂的指路给说出来了的。

总是难免会紧张哈。。。

我的作业如下：

I don't have much experience traveling abroad. I only visited Phuket in Thailand this January.

我还没有太多出国的经历，只在今年一月份去过泰国的普吉岛。 

I really want to go to the United States and Europe too. However, I don't have such plans within two years. I think I'll travel to countries near China in the near future.

我也非常想去美国和欧洲。不过，两年内我还没这个计划。近期，我会去中国附近的国家旅行。

I’m going to take a trip to Japan. I want to visit these places in Japan: see the night view of Tokyo Tower, hike Mount Fuji, see cherry blossoms in Osaka, and soak in an onsen in Hakone.

我打算去日本旅行。我想游览日本的这些地方：观赏东京塔的夜景、爬富士山、在大阪赏樱花，以及在箱根泡温泉。

There are many delicious foods in Japan. The ones I want to eat include sushi, ramen, udon noodles, grilled salmon, etc. I want to have a taste of sake. And I'd like to drink a cup of matcha.

日本有很多美味的食物。我想吃的有寿司、拉面、乌冬面、烤三文鱼等等。我想尝尝清酒，还想喝一杯抹茶。

I haven't decided what to buy yet. But I’m going to walk around in Ginza.

对于想买什么，我还没有想好。但我想去银座逛一逛 。

聊天

我们上一个单元：

Unit 21 聊天（Chatting）

在复习上一个单元的学习内容时，我们既参考了两个对话的内容，又脱胎于书中的内容。

大家三五成群，或英文或中文，都聊得热火朝天。

我和Iris、Alps，我们三个，从书里的内容“公园”和“爬山”，聊到了各自的兴趣爱好，这个话题可就热闹了哈。

Iris喜欢运动，以前也喜欢爬山，但现在平时跑步更多，此外还打太极拳。

然后，就是学英语，除了每周上两次课，每天刷多邻国和百词斩，多邻国坚持得更好一些，几乎每天都进行练习，百词斩偶尔会忘记，但也没停一直在坚持。

Alps是因为来得晚，所以坐到后面来了。这也是我们第一次跟Alps亲密聊天。

Alps喜欢唱歌、跳舞、游泳。Swimming is a good exercise.（游泳是一项很好的锻炼方式。）

说到跳舞，我说，我今年才开始学的跳舞。

然后，聊到了最近火爆全网的裁判舞，全世界都在跟着跳。

Climbing a mountain

爬 山

When Alps asked me:"Do you like climbing a mountain?"

当Alps问我：“你喜欢爬山吗？”

I replied:"I like it. But I have no time to climb a mountain now."

我回答说：“我喜欢，但我现在没有时间去爬山。”

When it comes to climbing mountains, I really have a lot to say.

说到爬山，我可是有很多话说哈。

I have climbed many mountains in the Qinling Mountains, such as Mount Taibai, Mount Hua, Mount Cuihua, Mount Li, and so on.

我爬过秦岭山脉很多山，像太白山、华山、翠华山、骊山等。

I have climbed Mount Hua twice, both times starting from the foot of the mountain and reaching the summit. 

我曾经两次爬过华山，而且都是从山脚爬到山顶的。

We always started climbing after dinner on the first day and reached the East Peak to watch the sunrise the next morning. After that, we climbed the other peaks.

我们都是从第一天晚饭后开始爬，第二天早上爬到东峰看日出。然后，再爬完其它的山峰。

In 2024, when my son was only six years old, our family went climbing Mount Heng together.

2024年，我们一家人一起去爬了恒山，那时我儿子才6岁。

My husband walked ahead with our daughter, while I followed behind with our son. When my daughter reached halfway up the mountain, she clung to her father and cried, "I'm so tired!" 

我丈夫带着女儿走在前面，我带着儿子走在后面。我女儿爬到半山还抱着她爸爸哭：“好累！”

My son climbed to the top all by himself. Because I stuffed a lot of his favorite cookies into his pocket. He climbed up while munching on the cookies and hopping along.

我儿子是自己爬到山顶的，因为我往我儿子的口袋里塞了好多他爱吃的饼干，就这么一边吃饼干，一边蹦蹦跳跳地爬了上去。

下一次出国旅行，还真不一定是日本哈。

只不过，日本是我一直想去而没有去过的，而且，对其他国家的了解，除了美国和英国，就日本了解得多一点。

故而，选择日本来完成作业。

暑假在即，又到了带孩子出游的时候，该琢磨琢磨暑假去哪里玩了。
