• Angel: Good evening, sir. Welcome to the fitness center. My name is Angel, and I’m here to assist you. May I have your name and room number, please?

• Angel: OK. Let me introduce you to our services and rules. We have a variety of fitness equipment, such as treadmills, bikes, dumbbells, and so on. You can use them freely, but please follow the instructions and safety precautions.

• Mr. Toner: I want to improve my strength and endurance, but I don’t know how to use the equipment properly.

He can design a suitable fitness plan for you, and teach you how to use the equipment correctly and effectively. And, this is an extra charge for 200 yuan per hour. Are you okay with that, Mr. Toner?

• Mr. Toner: Yes, I think it’s worth it.

• Angel: Alright, Mr. Toner. I’ll arrange David for you. He’ll be here in a few minutes. In the meantime, please take this locker key, and put your belongings in the locker.Please also take this towel and this bottle of water. And this is your fitness card. • Mr. Toner: No, thank you, Angel. You’re very helpful.

• Angel: You’re welcome, Mr. Toner. Please follow me to the fitness center. I hope you enjoy your workout. If you need anything, please feel free to contact me or David.

(Angel leads Mr. Toner to the fitness center, and introduces him to David. )

(One hour later, Mr. Toner finishes his workout, and returns to the Reception desk. Angel greets him with a smile.)

• Angel: Hi, Mr. Toner. How was your workout? Did you enjoy it?

• Mr. Toner: It was great. I really enjoyed it. David was very professional and responsible.

• Angel: I’m glad to hear that, Mr. Toner. Here is your bill, the total is 200 yuan.

• Mr. Toner: Yes, everything is correct. Would you please charge it into my room?

• Angel: Yes, Mr. Toner. Please sign your room number and you name here.

• Mr. Toner: Thank you, Angel. Here you go.

(Mr. Toner signs the bill, and gives it back to Angel. He also sign her a 20-dollar bill as a tip.)

• Mr. Toner: OK. I’ll take your advice. You’re very knowledgeable and friendly.
