在中国传统佳节“春节”前夕,2月6日,“你好!中国”冬季旅游推介会在科伦坡隆重举行。活动由斯里兰卡中国文化中心主办,中国国际航空公司、中国东方航空公司、银联国际协办,旨在向斯里兰卡旅游业及相关业界介绍中国冬季旅游资源以及跨境旅游便利举措,以推动中斯两国人文交流及旅游业合作。100余名来自斯里兰卡旅游业界、金融和商业界、及相关中资企业代表出席活动。




斯里兰卡中国文化中心主任倪利生在致辞时,首先祝中外嘉宾及旅行商春节快乐!他表示,冰雪经济已成为推动中国旅游市场增长的强劲引擎,中国各地都在围绕这一主题积极创新、打造独特的旅游体验。中斯两国友谊源远流长,文化旅游交流是增进民心相通的重要桥梁,两国文化和旅游资源具有高度互补性,期待更多的斯里兰卡旅游从业者深入了解中国冬季旅游的魅力、推动双方在旅游领域的务实合作。

斯里兰卡旅游推广局主席布迪卡·赫瓦瓦萨姆对中国冬季旅游展现出浓厚兴趣,表示随着斯里兰卡中产阶级规模增长,民众对出境游的热情不断提高,中国已成为受青睐的目的地之一,中国冰雪旅游的发展无疑更为斯里兰卡旅游业提供了拓展跨境旅游业务的新契机 。

斯里兰卡旅行社协会副主席 查弥拉女士表示,旅游业是深化两国基于相互尊重和文化交流之友谊的关键桥梁 。此类活动对深化两国基于相互尊重和文化交流的长期友谊至关重要 。

推介会通过图文、视频及现场分享,为斯里兰卡业界人士提供了全方位的中国冬季旅游图景,特别是东北地区(黑龙江、吉林、辽宁三省)丰富的旅游资源 ,展示了包括冬季运动、温泉度假村及具有民族特色的季节性节日等“冰雪奇缘”体验 。

Happy Chinese New Year: "Nihao! China" Winter Tourism Promotion Event Successfully Held in Colombo
On February 6, on the eve of the traditional Chinese "Spring Festival," the "Nihao! China" Winter Tourism Promotion Event was held in Colombo. The event was hosted by China Cultural Center in Sri Lanka and co-organized by Air China, China Eastern Airlines, and UnionPay International. The initiative aimed to introduce China's winter tourism resources and cross-border travel facilitation measures to the Sri Lankan tourism industry and related sectors, thereby promoting cultural exchange and tourism cooperation between the two nations. Over 100 representatives from the Sri Lankan tourism, financial, and business sectors, as well as relevant Chinese enterprises, attended the event.
Mr. Ni Lisheng, Director of the China Cultural Center in Sri Lanka, opened the proceedings by wishing the guests and travel agents a happy New Year. He remarked that the "ice and snow economy" has become a powerful engine for China's tourism market growth, with regions throughout the country actively innovating to create unique winter experiences. Highlighting the long-standing friendship between China and Sri Lanka, he emphasized that cultural tourism serves as a vital bridge for connectivity and that the tourism resources of both countries are highly complementary. He expressed his anticipation for more Sri Lankan tourism professionals to explore China’s winter charm and promote practical cooperation.
Mr. Buddhika Hewawasam, Chairman of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, expressed a deep interest in China's winter tourism, noting that as the Sri Lankan middle class expands, the demand for outbound travel continues to rise. He pointed out that China has become a favored destination and that the development of ice and snow tourism provides a new opportunity for Sri Lankan agencies to expand their cross-border business. Similarly, Ms. Chamila Wijethunge, Vice President of the Travel Agent Association of Sri Lanka, stated that tourism is a key bridge for deepening mutual respect and cultural exchange, making such events essential for the long-term friendship between the two countries.
The promotion utilized photos, videos, and live presentations to provide a comprehensive view of China’s winter tourism landscape, with a specific focus on the Northeast region (Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces). The presentations showcased "Frozen"-style experiences, ranging from winter sports and hot spring resorts to seasonal festivals with distinct ethnic characteristics. To facilitate these visits, Air China and China Eastern Airlines introduced convenient flight routes and specialized winter products, while UnionPay International shared its latest measures for improving payment convenience for inbound travelers.
The event was held in a festive environment with a strong Spring Festival atmosphere and clear thematic branding. The success of the promotion was underscored by extensive coverage from both Sri Lankan and Chinese media outlets.
