Your Excellencies, leaders of the China Tourism Association, 

Esteemed members, Distinguished guests, 

I send my warmest congratulations to everyone at the China Tourism Association as you celebrate your 40^th anniversary. 

I would like also to take the opportunity to wish you and your families a happy new year.

For four decades, you have played a leading role in the development of China's tourism sector. 

The Association has not only driven growth. It has also served as a platform for international cooperation, setting an example for the global tourism community.

Over the past forty years, China’s tourism achievements have been nothing short of remarkable. 

From the dynamic expansion of the market, to integration of rural development and cultural tourism – they show tourism’s power as a force for economic growth, cultural exchange, and the improvement of people's well-being.

Today, global tourism stands at a new point of transformation. 

Under the leadership of the Chinese government, I am sure that China will continue to play a key role in advancing sustainable tourism, digital transformation, and inclusive growth, contributing valuable wisdom and solutions.

Let us continue to work hand in hand to build a future for tourism that is more sustainable, more inclusive and more vibrant.
