This sightseeing spot was all my son’s idea for our Tokyo 东京 trip. He said it only costs a tiny bit to get here, and the whole area feels just like America, so why skip it? There’s a replica Statue of Liberty 自由女神像 standing right here; at first glance, you’d almost think you’re in the US. But this place is actually Odaiba, Tokyo 东京台场.

I had to nudge and encourage him loads to get him to help map out our travel plans, and this spot he loved made it onto our list. It’s lovely seeing him take more initiative, leading us grown ups around to explore new places together.
