村落建筑美学度假酒店设计|栖心岛度假酒店

［栖心岛］位于广西南宁江南区江西镇三江坡，左江、右江、邕江三江在此并流，形成三江半岛。周边一片田园旷野景象，三江坡造村至今已有600多年历史，村落建筑保留明清风格、青砖黛瓦、飞檐翘壁。

Qixin Island is located on Sanjiangpo in Jiangxi Town, Jiangnan District, Nanning, Guangxi. The Left, Right, and Yong Rivers flow together here, forming the Sanjiang Peninsula. Surrounded by a picturesque countryside and wilderness, Sanjiangpo Village has a history of over 600 years. The village's architecture retains the Ming and Qing style, with blue bricks, Dai tiles, and flying eaves and walls.

本案项目［栖心岛］度假村项目的改造，设计师通过保留原村落建筑的地域特色，增加其限定空间进行重构与组合，从而获得更具有流动性和趣味性的建筑空间。将单一的居住环境形式改造为多元有趣的度假村落。

The renovation of the Qixin Island Resort project in this case involves the designer retaining the regional characteristics of the original village architecture, increasing its limited space for reconstruction and combination, in order to obtain a more mobile and interesting architectural space. Transforming a single form of living environment into a diverse and interesting resort.

「囍」是一种具有中国传统文化特色的吉祥图符，它代表着喜庆，承载着吉祥。多被用于婚娶之时，以增添喜庆的气氛。除此之外，在图画、布料、建筑、家具及其它日用品中都可见到“囍”的图案。

本案依据村落建筑“囍”字的文化元素，将其元素延伸至logo、建筑、室内、码头、园林景观、灯光设计等将或多或少的蕴其“囍”元素。

"囍" is an auspicious symbol with traditional Chinese cultural characteristics. It represents joy and carries good luck. It is often used during weddings to add a festive atmosphere. In addition, the "囍" pattern can be seen in pictures, fabrics, buildings, furniture and other daily necessities.

This project is based on the cultural element of the word "囍" in village architecture, and extends its elements to the logo, architecture, interior, dock, garden landscape, lighting design, etc., which will more or less contain the "囍" element.

接壤  连结

Border&Connection

三江口三面环江，形如半岛，风光秀丽，三江交汇于邕江源头，设计师在该码头中，采用一种自然的天性从功能区的设置到布局发散，合理利用周边生态和新旧建筑环境打造入口码头设计。通过串联自然景观与当地资源的接壤连结中，营造一种大自然的体验感让人感受到全身心的放松，达到一种情绪上的冷静与舒缓。

Sanjiangkou is surrounded by rivers on three sides, forming a peninsula with beautiful scenery. The three rivers intersect at the source of the Yongjiang River. The designer adopts a natural nature in the design of the resort dock, from the setting of functional areas to the layout, and makes reasonable use of the surrounding ecology and old and new building environments to create the entrance dock design. By connecting natural landscapes with local resources, creating a natural experience that allows people to feel fully relaxed, achieving emotional calmness and relief.

 3#院的建筑设计中，设计师保留了原建筑青砖墙体结构，以大窗框的形式对外展示室内空间的温馨与舒适，建筑采用周边地形，在尽可能减少对环境的改变和影响下打造一处舒适浪漫的度假居所。院落周围环绕一个大圆弧景观无边泳池，预留一片休闲娱乐空间增加了更多的互动与惬意氛围。

In the architectural design of Courtyard 3, the designer retained the original blue brick wall structure and adopted the surrounding terrain to create a comfortable and romantic vacation residence while minimizing changes and impacts on the environment. The courtyard is surrounded by a large curved landscape with an endless swimming pool, and a leisure and entertainment space is reserved to increase more interaction and pleasant atmosphere.

Integration & Formation

 4#院建筑设计师采用保留原土瓦砖作为主要材料，在满足主要功能的情况下，加建部分建筑载体，维护原建筑细节，并针对各结构空间限定进行重构，对外部空间进行改造，增加一些简约的质感设计，以低调的姿态融入当地环境中，从而营造舒适的农院氛围，增加其趣味性。

The architectural designer of Institute 4 adopts retaining original soil tiles as the main material, while meeting the main functions, adding some building carriers, maintaining the original building details, and reconstructing the external space according to the spatial limitations of each structure, adding some simple texture design, and integrating it into the local environment in a low-key manner to create a comfortable atmosphere of the farm and increase its fun.
